Velice delik\u00e1tn\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u0161lach, kost\u00ed, vaz\u016f a sval\u016f, kter\u00fd tvo\u0159\u00ed prsty, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a p\u0159edlokt\u00ed je tak nutn\u00e9, p\u0159ed ka\u017edou n\u00e1ro\u010dnou aktivitou proh\u0159\u00e1t. Toto je sou\u010d\u00e1st diskuze o spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-spravne-prohrat-na-lezeni\/\">proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed <\/a>jako celku. Je ale velice specifick\u00e1, proto\u017ee odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;jak si proh\u0159\u00e1t prsty&#8220; je o n\u011bco slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jen zvednut\u00ed tepovky. Ne\u017e ale za\u010dneme je op\u011bt nutn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct, nejsme dokto\u0159i a terapeuti. Jak jsme ji\u017e psali (ale tentokr\u00e1t rychle) je fajn proh\u0159\u00e1t velk\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 skupiny. C\u00edlen\u00ed na z\u00e1da, nohy a ruce je z\u00e1klad, kter\u00fd by m\u011bla doplnit chvilka na hlavn\u00ed klouby. Zejm\u00e9na kolena, lokty, kotn\u00edky a krk. Logika za t\u00edmto krokem je to, \u017ee s zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdm t\u011blem se l\u00e9pe pracuje. Co\u017e asi v\u0161ichni v\u00edme z osobn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00edlen\u00ed na nedostatky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Druh\u00fd krok je rychl\u00fd a jde sp\u00ed\u0161e o uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch nedostatk\u016f a zran\u011bn\u00ed. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si vzpomenout a p\u0159ipustit si, jak\u00e9 probl\u00e9mu v ruk\u00e1ch m\u00e1me a na co je tedy se lep\u0161\u00ed soust\u0159edit. Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my tak super! O to budete m\u00edt leh\u010d\u00ed proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gumy, krou\u017eky, boardy&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hlavn\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me v arzen\u00e1lu proh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jsou gumy, posilovac\u00ed kruhy a hangboardy. Nejde o p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 pom\u016fcky. Gumy i posilovac\u00ed kruhy se daj\u00ed koupit v ka\u017ed\u00e9m sportu, jako je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.cz\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=cz_t-brand_ct-search_n-1-bra-decathlon-ex_ts-bra_f-cv_o-reve_pnl-mkt_xx-attract&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwzN-vBhAkEiwAYiO7oABvqBetbQ9rLA4snNhVpxd0DKPb9iUje54Ah3p4cGOJ50Ep88VhLxoCpf4QAvD_BwE\">Decathlon <\/a>nebo v c\u00edlen\u00fdch lezeck\u00fdch obchodech a na <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/nejlepsi-lezecke-steny-praha-a-okoli\/\">st\u011bn\u00e1ch<\/a>. Ba naopak, c\u00edlem je hrub\u00e1 s\u00edla a &#8222;\u0161okov\u00e1&#8220; terapie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Krou\u017eek ruku zah\u0159eje a p\u0159iprav\u00ed prsty a z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed na detailn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed. Mal\u00fd (nebo velk\u00fd) kus d\u0159eva zav\u011b\u0161en\u00fd na strom\u011b, <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecke-karabiny\/\">expresce <\/a>nebo boltu nebo jen op\u0159en\u00fd o nohu pln\u00e9 hodn\u011b toho, co chceme. Je to z\u00e1rove\u0148 posledn\u00ed krok v ot\u00e1zce jak si proh\u0159\u00e1t prsty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Variant hangboard\u016f je hodn\u011b. Na v\u0161ech jsou ale kombinace li\u0161t a kapes, na kter\u00fdch se proh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me. Postupn\u00e9 rotov\u00e1n\u00ed chyt\u016f, kter\u00e9 hangboardy nab\u00edz\u00ed znamen\u00e1 postupn\u00e9 proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed prst\u016f skrze r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00fachopy &#8211; madla, hlubok\u00e9 a m\u011blk\u00e9 li\u0161ty, kapsy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jako p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch, i hangboard\u016f je na trhu velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. Osobn\u011b mus\u00edme doporu\u010dit <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/recenze-lama-atom\/\">hangboard Atom<\/a> od firmy Lama Holds. Je to mali\u010dkat\u00fd d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fd pevn\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamaholds.cz\/lama-atom\/\">hangboard<\/a>, kter\u00fd se vejde do kapsy kalhot. Hlavn\u00ed dv\u011b &#8222;kategorie&#8220; pro protahovac\u00ed a proh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed. Existuje nespo\u010det r\u016fzn\u00fdch variac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bychom tu mohli vyjmenov\u00e1vat, tak\u017ee se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme jen na jednu v\u011bc. Tou je rutina <a href=\"https:\/\/my.crimpd.com\/workouts\/details\/6008677cf70f577365e0baab\">&#8222;finger care&#8220;<\/a>, kterou najdete v <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/nejlepsi-lezecke-aplikace\/\">lezeck\u00e9 aplikaci crimpd<\/a>. Tuto rutinu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m i <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/honza-janus-kulhanek\/\">j\u00e1<\/a> na za\u010d\u00e1tek sv\u00e9 lezeck\u00e9 rutiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed cviky jsou takov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 rozproud\u00ed krev a proh\u0159ej\u00ed c\u00edlen\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Pro prsty jsou dobr\u00e1 &#8222;ma\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220; ve vzduchu. Roztahov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f do maxima a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 stisknut\u00ed p\u011bsti. Nejprve dlan\u00ed ven a pak sm\u011brem dol\u016f. Cokoliv co rozproud\u00ed krev ve svalech a navod\u00ed tro\u0161i\u010dku pump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protahovac\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Izolovan\u00e9 protahov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f nen\u00ed k zahozen\u00ed. Klasick\u00e9 &#8222;basketbalov\u00e9&#8220; protahov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f je v\u017edy dobr\u00fd z\u00e1klad. Vhodn\u00e9 je ale tak\u00e9 izolovan\u00e9 protahov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch prst\u016f a jejich \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. Dobr\u00e1 varianta je &#8222;tla\u010den\u00ed&#8220; sto\u010den\u00e9ho prstu dovnit\u0159 dlan\u011b a pak naopak prodlou\u017een\u00ed prstu ven. Naopak zde jde o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pohyb kon\u010detiny a kloubu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolem a kolem&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jak je ps\u00e1no, nejsme dokto\u0159i, ale lezci. Tohle je v\u00fd\u010det z na\u0161eho samostudia a z toho, co funguje pro n\u00e1s b\u011bhem na\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-spravne-prohrat-na-lezeni\/\">proh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed <\/a>rutiny.
