Asymetrie, t\u011bsnost a agresivita nekop\u00edruj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fd tvar lidsk\u00e9 nohy. Kolem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3801241\/\">poloviny lezc\u016f<\/a> trp\u00ed n\u011bjakou podobou <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-zraneni-prevence-a-jak-na-ne\/\">injury <\/a>nohy. Dv\u011b hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny pro tuto skute\u010dnost, jsou p\u00e1dy a leze\u010dky. Co to ale znamen\u00e1? Agresivita ozna\u010duje, jak moc jsou leze\u010dky prohnut\u00e9. Existuj\u00ed zde t\u0159i varianty &#8211; neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed (rovn\u00e9 podr\u00e1\u017eky) &#8211; m\u00edrn\u00e9 (lehce agresivn\u00ed) &#8211; a agresivn\u00ed (velice zahnut\u00e9). \u00dazkost boty je velice jednoduch\u00e1. Jde o to jak moc je bota \u00fazk\u00e1 (duuh). Agresivn\u00ed boty b\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u010dasto u\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed ale tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/saltic.cz\/produkt\/eliot-barefoot-climbing\/\">barefoot leze\u010dky<\/a>. Asymetri\u010dnost bot pak mluv\u00ed o tom, jak moc jsou \u0161pi\u010dky bot vych\u00fdlen\u00e9 oproti st\u0159edu. Asymetrick\u00e9 boty maj\u00ed nejvzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bod na palci, \u010d\u00edm\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed generaci v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed s\u00edly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159irozen\u00fd tvar nohy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Noha, respektive chodilo, m\u00e1 od p\u0159\u00edrody jist\u00fd tvar. Chodilo by m\u011blo \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b reflektovat tvar ruky. Jde n\u00e1m tu zejm\u00e9na o prsty. Ano, chodidlo by m\u011blo m\u00edt klenbu. Ploch\u00e9 nohy nejsou ide\u00e1l, ale to m\u00e1 m\u00e1lo spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s problematikou leze\u010dek. Zp\u011bt k prst\u016fm. Prsty na noze, by nem\u011bly b\u00fdt &#8222;napl\u00e1cl\u00e9&#8220; na sebe. Stejn\u011b jako prsty na ruk\u00e1ch, by palec nem\u011bl ukazovat stejn\u00fdm sm\u011brem, jako ostatn\u00ed prsty (zejm\u00e9na mal\u00edk). Mezi prsty na zdrav\u00e9m chodidle by m\u011bla b\u00fdt mezera. Palec by m\u011bl sm\u011b\u0159ovat \u0161ikmo (doprava u lev\u00e9 nohy, doleva u prav\u00e9). Mal\u00edk by pak nem\u011bl b\u00fdt napl\u00e1cl\u00fd na zbyl\u00e9 prsty. Extra pozornost by pak m\u011bla pat\u0159it kloub\u016fm palce. Kloub by  nem\u011bl b\u00fdt v\u00edc vystoupl\u00fd, ne\u017e kloub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co d\u011bl\u00e1 leze\u010dka noze?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Tak\u017ee ot\u00e1zka, co d\u011bl\u00e1 leze\u010dka noze? Ve zkratce, stahuje chodidlo do nep\u0159irozen\u00fdch pozic. Zejm\u00e9na jde o prsty, kter\u00e9 podl\u00e9haj\u00ed asymetri\u010dnosti leze\u010dek. Jde o kombinaci \u00fazkosti, men\u0161\u00ed velikosti bot a asymetri\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 nejdou ruku v ruce s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm tvarem chodidla. Leze\u010dky tla\u010d\u00ed prsty do sebe, ma\u010dkaj\u00ed prsty do mal\u00e9ho boxu a deformuj\u00ed klouby, patu a nehty. Klouby trp\u00ed na sra\u017een\u00ed do mal\u00e9ho prostoru, kter\u00fd je zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011bn men\u0161\u00ed botou, ne\u017e by bylo p\u0159irozen\u00e9. To sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed o nehtech a pat\u011b. T\u011bmi hlavn\u00edmi jsou &#8222;hallux valgus&#8220; (vbo\u010den\u00fd palec), k\u0159iv\u00e9 prsty (claw toes) a po\u0161kozen\u00ed neht\u016f (mal\u00e9 a\u017e neexistuj\u00edc\u00ed, infikovan\u00e9, krev pod nehty&#8230;.). M\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 pak jsou tzv. Haglundovy deformace (pata) a tendinopatie achilovky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vbo\u010den\u00fd palec (Hallux Valgus)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hallux Valgus, neboli vbo\u010den\u00fd palec je veli\u010de \u010dast\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed nohy z leze\u010dek. Jde o vnit\u0159n\u00ed vybo\u010den\u00ed palce a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 &#8222;spl\u00e1cnut\u00ed&#8220; prst\u016f do sebe (rentgen B). Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tohoto &#8222;zran\u011bn\u00ed&#8220; je omezen\u00ed hybnosti palce, tvrdnut\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee a mozoly v m\u00edstech t\u0159en\u00ed prst\u016f o sebe a v hor\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech tak\u00e9 bolest, tlak a otok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina vbo\u010den\u00fdch palc\u016f u lezc\u016f jsou mal\u00e9 asymetrick\u00e9 boty, kter\u00e9 tla\u010d\u00ed prsty do sebe. Toto zran\u011bn\u00ed je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u lep\u0161\u00edch lezc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed boty a nos\u00ed je \u010dast\u011bji. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale nesm\u00edme ignorovat to, \u017ee modern\u00ed obuv nijak nepom\u00e1h\u00e1 a tak\u00e9 zu\u017euje prsty do sebe, i kdy\u017e ne tak moc, jako leze\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">V\u0161ichni bychom r\u00e1di neinvazivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu. Bohu\u017eel, tento probl\u00e9m nejde zvr\u00e1tit bez chirurgick\u00e9ho z\u00e1kroku. V\u010das se ale d\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it. Opravdu jednoduch\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je ch\u016fze na boso (nebo barefoot boty) co nejv\u00edc to jde. D\u00e1le se daj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benu.cz\/svorto-128-gel-oddelovac-prstu-vel-uni-2ks?gclid=Cj0KCQjwiYOxBhC5ARIsAIvdH53EyZeTdpaDILTkRQPiiftb1WW3cgtMlM5neKK7gSyMtcfBkTVbbtcaAq1HEALw_wcB\">gumov\u00e9 korektory a roztahov\u00e1ky prst\u016f<\/a> (m\u00e1m je tak\u00e9), kter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed koupit v l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b za n\u011bco m\u00e1lo p\u0159es 100 k\u010d. Existuj\u00ed i efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ort\u00e9zy na noc, ale ty jsou bohu\u017eel dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Roztahov\u00e1n se d\u00e1 simulovat i doma, kdy\u017e si lezec s\u00e1m roztahuje prsty na nohou silou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Invazivn\u011b se tento probl\u00e9m d\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it tak\u00e9. Jde o chirurgick\u00fd z\u00e1krok, ve kter\u00e9m se upiluje \u010d\u00e1st kloubu. K tomu se \u010dasto i prsty &#8222;p\u0159eskl\u00e1daj\u00ed&#8220; tak, aby se vbo\u010den\u00fd palec &#8222;odbo\u010dil&#8220;. Jde ale o velice invazivn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd se bude t\u00fdkat jak kost\u00ed tak \u0161lach chodidla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u0159iv\u00e9 prsty (claw toes)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Prsty v r\u016fzn\u00fdch nep\u0159irozen\u00fdch \u00fahlech (ne vbo\u010den\u00e9 palce) jsou dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dast\u00fd &#8222;klasick\u00fd&#8220; probl\u00e9m, kter\u00e9mu se lezci vystavuj\u00ed. Jde o deformaci, viditelnou na rentgenu C. Jsou dv\u011b varianty &#8211; v aj. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwapodiatry.com\/blog\/difference-between-hammertoes-vs-claw-toe.cfm\">claw toes a hammer toes<\/a>. Pro lezce je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tzv. claw toe. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b jde o zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed \u0161lach v prstech, tak\u017ee se pak nem\u016f\u017eou nat\u00e1hnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Za vznikem t\u00e9to deformace stoj\u00ed nacp\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f do nep\u0159irozen\u011b mal\u00e9ho prostoru, kde nem\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt nata\u017een\u00e9 &#8211; jako \u0161pi\u010dka lezky. Dlouhodob\u00e9 zm\u00e1\u010dknut\u00ed prst\u016f vede k tomu, \u017ee v tomto tvaru z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed i po sund\u00e1n\u00ed bot. Pozor! Toto zran\u011bn\u00ed nemus\u00ed vzniknout jen kv\u016fli lezce. Mezi p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9 denn\u00ed boty (nebo moc velk\u00e9 &#8211; hammer toe) nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad excesivn\u00ed no\u0161en\u00ed bot na podpatku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">I na tento probl\u00e9m jsou invazivn\u00ed a neinvazivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Lezci m\u016f\u017eou preventivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt cvi\u010den\u00ed prst\u016f. Tzv. housenkov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo zved\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f ze zem\u011b je \u010dast\u00e1 metoda. Spolu s t\u00edm se doporu\u010duje nosit vhodnou obuv, pop\u0159. chodit na boso. Doktor pak m\u016f\u017ee doporu\u010dit tejpov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed podlo\u017eky, kter\u00e9 prst stla\u010d\u00ed zp\u011bt na m\u00edsto. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zde hraje roli i rehabilitace a protahov\u00e1n\u00ed doma. Invazivn\u011b pak lze tuto deformaci operovat. Jde ale o krajn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u0161kozen\u00e9 nehty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Po\u0161kozuj\u00ed leze\u010dky nohy? Ano, ale t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to i neht\u016f. Po\u0161kozen\u00e9 nehty jsou n\u011bco, s \u010d\u00edm se asi v\u0161ichni sm\u00ed\u0159\u00edme. Stoj\u00ed za nimi kombinace faktor\u016f. Zejm\u00e9na ale nep\u0159irozen\u00fd tlak a vlhkost (a v\u0161eobecn\u011b hnus) leze\u010dek. Tlak zp\u016fsobuje nep\u0159irozen\u00e9 zak\u0159iven\u00ed, sra\u017een\u00ed a deformaci nehte. Vlhkost a ne\u010distota uvnit\u0159 boty pak m\u016f\u017eou zp\u016fsobit pl\u00edsn\u011b nebo infekci r\u00e1ny. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed je zde podobn\u00e9, jako u p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch. Tedy nosit mimo lezen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 boty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dodat se k tomu ale m\u016f\u017ee (a m\u011blo by) \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bot a nohou. Pravideln\u011b by si lezec m\u011bl boty vym\u00fdt, aby se zbavil bordelu, kter\u00fd uvnit\u0159 je. \u010casto na to sta\u010d\u00ed octov\u00e1 voda a star\u00fd kart\u00e1\u010dek. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale existuje i n\u011bkolik produkt\u016f na \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed a dezinfekci bot. Pokud ale budeme m\u00edt chronicky nemyt\u00e9 nohy, \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed bot to nezachr\u00e1n\u00ed. Jde o kompletn\u00ed hygienu jak nohy, tak lezky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haglundova deformace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Haglundova deformace nebo tak\u00e9 Haglundova pata, je zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti paty, zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011bn\u00e9 \u0161patnou obuv\u00ed. Jde o nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se \u010dasto poj\u00ed se z\u00e1n\u011btem achilovky a dal\u0161\u00edmi nep\u0159\u00edjemnostmi. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b, jde o viditeln\u00fd a hmatateln\u00fd kostn\u00ed v\u00fdr\u016fstek na zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti paty, kde se poj\u00ed achilovka. Je to velice b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed s \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi nebo jen velmi mal\u00fdmi symptomy. M\u016f\u017ee ale doj\u00edt k jist\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e bolesti, otoku a nep\u0159\u00edjemnosti v bot\u00e1ch a p\u0159i ch\u016fzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Za Haglundovou patou stoj\u00ed n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00ed\u010din. Mezi nimi je \u0161patn\u00e1 ch\u016fze a genetika. Pro n\u00e1s jsou ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: tlak z boty a nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed paty. Zejm\u00e9na pak ale tlak. \u00dazk\u00e9 lezky tla\u010d\u00ed na patu, a m\u016f\u017eou se pod\u00edlet na tvorb\u011b t\u00e9to deformace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Probl\u00e9m s patou se relativn\u011b lehce vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jeliko\u017e je operace sp\u00ed\u0161e velkou v\u00fdjimkou, ne\u017e pravidlem. Bez doktora se probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edmi botami, ledem nebo vlo\u017ekami na patu, kter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed koupit ve zdravotnick\u00fdch pom\u016fck\u00e1ch. S doktorem pak m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt vlo\u017eky na m\u00edru a doporu\u010dena c\u00edlen\u00e1 rehabilitace a kompenza\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tendinopatie achilovky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde sp\u00ed\u0161 o v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed, v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdmi. P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jsou vlastn\u011b stejn\u00e9, jako u\u017e tradi\u010dn\u011b \u010dtete. Tlak a nep\u0159irozenost boty. Tendinopatii ale tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje \u00fanava, p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a nedostatek kompenzace svalu a \u0161lach.
