Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie je ale t\u00e9ma p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 u snad v\u0161ech sport\u016f a bohu\u017eel i st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho procenta populace. P\u0159edem varujeme, t\u00e9ma tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku se bude v\u011bnovat t\u00e9matu poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy a ment\u00e1ln\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed. Net\u00fdk\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edmo lezeck\u00fdm dovednostem a um\u011bn\u00ed, ale naopak se v&nbsp;jeden moment dot\u00fdkalo snad ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. P\u0159i t\u011blesn\u00e9 dysmorfick\u00e9 poru\u0161e se intenzivn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ujete na sv\u016fj vzhled a t\u011blesnou &#8222;image&#8220;, opakovan\u011b se prohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte v zrcadle, upravujete se nebo hled\u00e1te uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, n\u011bkdy i mnoho hodin denn\u011b. Va\u0161e vn\u00edman\u00e1 vada a opakovan\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1m zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee a ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed va\u0161i schopnost fungovat v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d dysmorfie p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bohu\u017eel p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 po\u010dtu lid\u00ed (zejm\u00e9na mlad\u00fdch) s t\u011blesnou dysmorfi\u00ed. Pro\u010d tomu tak je pt\u00e1te se? Co d\u011blat s t\u00edm m\u00e1 (mimo jin\u00e9) nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed se kter\u00fdm se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me do kontaktu a \u010demu n\u00e1s vystavuj\u00ed m\u00e9dia. Sta\u010d\u00ed se pod\u00edvat na to, kdo jsou dne\u0161n\u00ed hrdinov\u00e9. Herci dnes m\u011bn\u00ed svoji postavu do neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch proporc\u00ed jen pro p\u00e1r vte\u0159in filmu bez trika. Nen\u00ed to ale jen na nich. Vysok\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 standardy se objevily v\u0161ude. Jde o mentalitu, kter\u00e1 je pro jedince neudr\u017eiteln\u00e1 a prokazateln\u011b po\u0161kozuje psychiku. Zejm\u00e9na velk\u00fd dopad m\u00e1 tento trend na mladistv\u00e9 a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou pod tlakem vrstevn\u00edk\u016f, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed a puberty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koho se t\u00fdk\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ofiko definice v n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee vzbudit to, \u017ee se n\u00e1s dysmorfie nemus\u00ed t\u00fdkat. Nejsp\u00ed\u0161 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, nejsem anorektik\/\u010dka, sportuju, jsem v pohod\u011b. Ano, pln\u011b rozjet\u00e1 du\u0161evn\u00ed porucha se t\u00fdk\u00e1 asi jen 2 % populace. V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s ale za\u017eila n\u011bjak\u00e9 jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky nebo m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podobu b\u011bhem dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. To proto\u017ee zhruba polovina dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159izn\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7114025\/\">nespokojenost se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem<\/a><sup>2<\/sup> (a dal\u0161\u00ed kus to nep\u0159izn\u00e1). A v tom je pr\u00e1v\u011b zakopan\u00fd pes. Nespokojenost a porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s nere\u00e1ln\u00fdmi standardy je prvn\u00ed krok sm\u011brem k fyzick\u00e9 dysmorfii. Krok, kter\u00fd jsme snad v\u0161ichni v dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u011blali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podoby fyzick\u00e9 dysmorfie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik podob. Hlavn\u00ed dysmorfie, kter\u00fdmi se budeme zab\u00fdvat jsou Fyzick\u00e1 a Svalov\u00e1. Proto\u017ee ale nezahrnuj\u00ed v\u0161e, p\u0159ihod\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b T\u011blesnou dysmorfii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie je &#8222;z\u00e1kladn\u00ed&#8220; porucha. Zde vid\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk t\u011blesn\u00e9 vady, kter\u00e9 ostatn\u00ed nevid\u00ed. Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161eho a \u010dlov\u011bk se m\u016f\u017ee zafixovat na cokoliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svalov\u00e1 dysmorfie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato variace se t\u00fdk\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u011b svalov\u00fdch nedostatk\u016f. Neust\u00e1l\u00fd pocit nedostatku z pohledu svalov\u00e9 hmoty. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se t\u00fdk\u00e1 posiluj\u00edc\u00edch lid\u00ed, ale ani lezc\u016fm se nevyhne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u011blesn\u00e1 dysmorfie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011blesn\u00e1 dysmorfie (tro\u0161ku p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 obs\u00e1hl\u00fd term\u00edn) budeme zde ch\u00e1pat jako zast\u0159e\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed term\u00edn pro dysmorfii v oblasti tuku a hmotnosti. Tato variace je p\u0159\u00edmo spojen\u00e1 s poruchami p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se t\u00fdk\u00e1 lezc\u016f?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Fyzick\u00e1 dysmorfie je nejv\u00edce spojovan\u00e1 s posilovnou a sporty, kde je velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na fyzickou s\u00edlu &#8211; kulturistika, z\u00e1pasen\u00ed, power lifting atd. Nen\u00ed ale na tyto aktivity izolovan\u00e1 a tud\u00ed\u017e lezen\u00ed nen\u00ed imunn\u00ed. Jak se tedy t\u00fdk\u00e1 lezc\u016f? Skrz kombinaci toho v co mnoho z n\u00e1s v\u011b\u0159\u00ed a to, co vid\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pak jde o negativn\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/problematika-vahy-v-lezeni\/\">v\u00e1hy v lezen\u00ed<\/a> (na co\u017e se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ovat) a na porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se s nejlep\u0161\u00edmi lezci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jak jsme \u0159e\u0161ili v jin\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku, v\u00e1ha je jedn\u00edm z probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 lezen\u00ed m\u00e1. Mnoho z n\u00e1s v\u011b\u0159\u00ed tomu, \u017ee kdyby jen tro\u0161ku zhubli, hned by lezli l\u00e9pe. Pak tu je proliferace lezen\u00ed na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch a dominance IFSC atlet\u016f. Ti samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vypadaj\u00ed a lezou mnohem l\u00e9pe, ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk. Kdy\u017e se potom porovn\u00e1v\u00e1me s lezci na sock\u00e1ch nebo nejlep\u0161\u00edm lezcem na st\u011bn\u011b, nevyjdeme z toho nejl\u00e9pe. T\u011bch je opravdu mnoho a ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 se d\u00e1 lehce podchytit. Existuj\u00ed studie poukazuj\u00edc\u00ed na to, \u017ee se <strong>\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b <\/strong>jedn\u00e1 o geneticky p\u0159ed\u00e1vanou poruchu. Mimo to zde ale jsou i extern\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 hraj\u00ed roli ve vzniku t\u00e9to poruchy. Mezi ty pat\u0159\u00ed \u0161ikana, trauma z d\u011btstv\u00ed \/ dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, deprese, n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a perfekcionismus a fixov\u00e1n\u00ed se na nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak na fyzickou dysmorfii?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je hodn\u011b mali\u010dk\u00fdch zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed podniknout pro to, abychom se s probl\u00e9mem dysmorfie vypo\u0159\u00e1dali. Hlavn\u00edmi jsou: vhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed, re\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle, spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vzory a t\u011blesn\u00e1 pozitivita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Nosit vhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed neznamen\u00e1 technologicky nebo materi\u00e1lov\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hadry. Ani to nezahrnuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zna\u010dky. Velikost oble\u010den\u00ed je to, o\u010d tu b\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed je si kupovat <strong>pohodln\u00e9 <\/strong>and <strong>padnouc\u00ed <\/strong>kusy. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit nep\u0159\u00edjemnosti a tlou\u0161\u0165ky, co\u017e nem\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed dopad. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s si m\u016f\u017eou kupovat oble\u010den\u00ed s my\u0161lenkou &#8222;do toho zhubnu&#8220;, co\u017e nen\u00ed zdrav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k v\u011bci. Zejm\u00e9na pak proto\u017ee &#8222;\u017eivot se d\u011bje&#8220; a cokoliv n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ekazit pl\u00e1ny. Lep\u0161\u00ed je zkr\u00e1tka koupit to co padne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vzory (soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b jsou dvouse\u010dn\u00e1 zbra\u0148. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b tu m\u00e1me spojen\u00ed s kamar\u00e1dy a komunitou a na druh\u00e9 nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 standardy ze strany fitness influencer\u016f a spole\u010dnost\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba pamatovat na to, \u017ee to co vid\u00edme na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch jako je Instagram nen\u00ed realitou. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 sv\u011btlo a p\u00e1r cvik\u016f a tro\u0161ka dehydratace prom\u011bn\u00ed t\u011blo k nepozn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doporu\u010dujeme proto sledovat pozitivn\u00ed profily, kter\u00e9 netla\u010d\u00ed nerealistickou podobu t\u011bla. V\u0161eobecn\u011b m\u016f\u017eu doporu\u010dit nap\u0159\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@NoelDeyzel\">kan\u00e1l Noel Deyzel<\/a> (kulturista p\u0159izn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed doping a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na bo\u0159en\u00ed m\u00fdt\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed) nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad Instagramov\u00fd profil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/drewclimbswalls\/?hl=cs\">Drew climbs walls<\/a> a jeho moto &#8222;climbing is for everyBODY&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Stanovovat si re\u00e1ln\u00e9 a dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 c\u00edle je dal\u0161\u00edm z krok\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme podniknout. Rozhodnout se \u017e\u00edt zdrav\u011b, zlep\u0161it kondici a lezeck\u00e9 schopnosti je ur\u010dit\u011b dobr\u00fd krok. Neznamen\u00e1 to ale, \u017ee sko\u010d\u00edme rovnou do mentality &#8222;b\u0159i\u0161\u00e1ky za m\u011bs\u00edc&#8220;. Fyzick\u00e1 prom\u011bna a zlep\u0161en\u00ed chce \u010das, discipl\u00ednu a hlavn\u011b trp\u011blivost. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si mus\u00edme uv\u011bdomit co je re\u00e1ln\u011b a co nen\u00ed. Fyzick\u00e1 prom\u011bna &#8222;ala Thor&#8220; nebo &#8222;cvi\u010d jako The Rock&#8220; jsou kroky ke katastrof\u011b. Stylizovat se do profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch lezc\u016f nebo postav z m\u00e9di\u00ed nepovede k \u00fasp\u011bchu. Lep\u0161\u00ed je si vybrat n\u011bkoho, koho obdivujete z m\u00edstn\u00edch lezc\u016f a sna\u017eit se mu p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit. Na 99 % toti\u017e nep\u016fjde o profesion\u00e1ln\u00edho lezce, ale n\u011bkoho s podobn\u00fdm re\u017eimem jako vy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Spolu s t\u00edm je fajn si vyjasnit, co chcete a nechcete ob\u011btovat. Ano, v\u017edy je n\u011bjak\u00fd prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee mus\u00edme svou t\u011blesnou schr\u00e1nku nesn\u00e1\u0161et. Jist\u00e1 m\u00edra nespokojenosti je  asi na m\u00edst\u011b (jinak bychom se necht\u011bli zlep\u0161ovat). Nesm\u00ed ale p\u0159er\u016fst v n\u011bco, co nen\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00e9. Je to hajzl, kter\u00fd se pomalu p\u0159ikrade a pak trop\u00ed neplechu. Modern\u00ed spole\u010dnost klade na jedince neudr\u017eiteln\u00e9 standardy. Mus\u00edme proto pamatovat na to, co je dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 a co je fikce soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed a m\u00e9di\u00ed. Pozitivita k vlastn\u00edmu t\u011blu je krok spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011btem. Hlavn\u00ed je, nenechat se seml\u00edt nere\u00e1ln\u00fdmi standardy a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi spole\u010dnosti, stanovit si c\u00edle a t\u011bch se dr\u017eet. Trp\u011blivost r\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jednou za\u010d\u00ednal a dosp\u00edval. V tom jsme v\u0161ichni spolu. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te propadat t\u00e9to sra\u010dce, \u0159ekn\u011bte to n\u011bkomu.
