S t\u00edmto na v\u011bdom\u00ed se v\u011bnujeme <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posilovani-prstu\/\">pos\u00edlen\u00ed prst\u016f<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni-cast-2\/\">s\u00edle<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/flexibilita-pro-lezce\/\">flexibilit\u011b <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni\/\">technice<\/a>. Jen m\u00e1lo z n\u00e1s se ale kdy zastavilo nad t\u00edm, jak na c\u00edlen\u00e9 pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku. Co k tomu teda pat\u0159\u00ed, jak pos\u00edlit stisk a jestli je to n\u011bjak extra t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, tomu v\u0161emu se budeme dneska v\u011bnovat. Tady d\u011bl\u00edme podle toho, k \u010demu dan\u00fd stisk pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. Hlavn\u00ed jsou t\u0159i: pinch, drt\u00edc\u00ed (crush) podp\u016frn\u00fd.<br>1. Pinch &#8211; klasick\u00fd stisk, kter\u00fd jako lezci zn\u00e1me. Jde o dr\u017een\u00ed a pevn\u00fd stisk ruky. Palec a prsty proti sob\u011b.<br>2. Drcen\u00ed &#8211; sv\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a drcen\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f v dlani, prsty v &#8222;kleci&#8220;.<br>3. Podp\u016frn\u00fd &#8211; Visy, tla\u010den\u00ed, dr\u017een\u00ed&#8230; . U\u017eitkov\u00e9 stisky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stisk v lezen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To, jak dr\u017e\u00edme v\u011bci je v lezen\u00ed dost kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Nejde ale jen o brut\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edlu prst\u016f nebo p\u0159edlokt\u00ed. Je to tro\u0161ku v\u00edce komplexn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost, ve kter\u00e9 hraje roli spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pozicov\u00e1n\u00ed, s\u00edla prst\u016f (a ruky) a tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nohou. Je toti\u017e dost zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 si \u0161patn\u00fdm lezen\u00edm p\u0159id\u011bl\u00e1vat pr\u00e1ci. V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s nejsou sv\u011btov\u00ed atleti a na \u0161patn\u00fdch li\u0161t\u00e1ch se silou stisku jen t\u011b\u017eko udr\u017e\u00edme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uleven\u00ed skrze nohy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho stisku je udr\u017eet n\u00e1s na sk\u00e1le nebo st\u011bn\u011b. Ruce to sami ale nezvl\u00e1dnou a proto jim mus\u00edme ulevit nohama. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 lezen\u00ed skrze nohy, dobr\u00e9 na\u0161lapov\u00e1n\u00ed, dr\u017een\u00ed ky\u010dl\u00ed bl\u00edzko u st\u011bny a dobr\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed protiv\u00e1h n\u00e1m zvedne zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st v\u00e1hy, kterou mus\u00ed stisk dr\u017eet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 lezen\u00ed skrze nohy tak p\u0159\u00edmo stisk nepos\u00edl\u00ed, ale sund\u00e1 v\u00e1hu kterou mus\u00ed ruka dr\u017eet, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vlastn\u011b dos\u00e1hne stejn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 pozice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cast\u00e1 chyba za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk\u016f je to, \u017ee bojuj\u00ed sami proti sob\u011b a pak se to pokou\u0161\u00ed zachr\u00e1nit hrubou silou. Nen\u00ed to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed recept na \u00fasp\u011bch, zejm\u00e9na proto\u017ee vede k miln\u00e9 identifikaci slabin. Dojde k domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee jsme slab\u00ed a je nutn\u00e9 pos\u00edlit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pozicovat se spr\u00e1vn\u011b do chyt\u016f a stup\u016f tak, aby n\u00e1m gravitace a t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b pom\u00e1halo je z\u00e1klad zlep\u0161en\u00ed s\u00edly stisku. Kdy\u017e jdeme s t\u011blem, a ne proti n\u011bmu, jde to sn\u00e1z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00edla (prst\u016f, ruky t\u011bla&#8230;)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku je&#8230;pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku. Nejde ale jen o ma\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed kruhu nebo hangboarding. Jde o pos\u00edlen\u00ed cel\u00e9 ruky a toho, na co se napojuje. M\u016f\u017eu m\u00edt ocelov\u00e9 prsty, ale kdy\u017e neud\u011bl\u00e1m shyb, je to nepraktick\u00e9. S\u00edla stisku odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed kombinovanou s\u00edlu p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, pa\u017ee, prst\u016f, ramen ale tak\u00e9 zad a b\u0159icha. To jde d\u011blat samoz\u0159ejm\u011b hned n\u011bkolika zp\u016fsoby, podle toho co v\u00e1s bav\u00ed. D\u00e1 se makat na st\u011bn\u011b, doma nebo v posilovn\u011b, podle toho co v\u00e1s bav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku lezen\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obl\u00edben\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se zlep\u0161it v lezen\u00ed, je lezen\u00edm (duh). T\u00edm, \u017ee se v\u011bnujeme jist\u00e9mu stylu se toti\u017e zlep\u0161ujeme v tom, co nab\u00edz\u00ed. Plotny drz\u00ed balanc a pr\u00e1ci nohou, li\u0161ty prsty a p\u0159evisy a obliny zlep\u0161uj\u00ed stisk.<br>Pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku nen\u00ed ale nutn\u00e9 l\u00e9zt pouze a jedin\u011b p\u0159evisy a obliny. Ne v\u0161echny bav\u00ed v\u0161echny styly lezen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na co chceme c\u00edlit, je pom\u011brov\u00e1 dominance stylu lezen\u00ed, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s posune (nebo chyt\u016f kter\u00e9 tu dovednost prot\u011b\u017euj\u00ed). Pro ty, kter\u00e9 opravdu necht\u011bj\u00ed &#8222;tr\u00e9novat&#8220;, se daj\u00ed v\u017edy l\u00e9zt lehk\u00e9 p\u0159evisl\u00e9 cesty bez nohou (tzv. campusovat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pos\u00edlen\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro ambici\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se v\u017edy nab\u00edz\u00ed varianta c\u00edlen\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed mimo lezen\u00ed. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt hned v n\u011bkolika podob\u00e1ch. C\u00edlen\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-cvicit-na-campus-boardu\/\">kampusu<\/a>, v posilovn\u011b nebo i doma (\u010di za pochodu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed na kampusu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-cvicit-na-campus-boardu\/\">Kampusov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> je jedno z klasick\u00fdch lezeck\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed kontaktn\u00ed s\u00edly, stisku, s\u00edly v prstech a tak d\u00e1le. T\u00e9ma kampusov\u00e1n\u00ed je ale komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a u\u017e jsme se mu v\u011bnovali jinde. Pokud m\u00e1te z\u00e1jem se v\u00edc dozv\u011bd\u011bt tak doporu\u010dujeme v\u00ed\u0161e nalinkovan\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek nebo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jakub_jedlicka_climbing\/reel\/C9H8r2QtwAU\/\"> Instagram Jakuba Jedli\u010dky<\/a>, kter\u00fd pravideln\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 cviky na kampusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed v posilovn\u011b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V posilce se posiluje dost p\u0159\u00edmo\u010da\u0159e. Chceme tu pos\u00edlit svalov\u00e9 skupiny, kter\u00e9 jsou v procesu zapojen\u00e9. Stisk posiluje vlastn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 zved\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed (jako nap\u0159. u mrtv\u00fdch tah\u016f). Pro c\u00edlen\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed jsou tu ale nap\u0159\u00edklad &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.verywellfit.com\/how-to-do-a-farmer-carry-techniques-benefits-variations-4796615\">farmers carry<\/a>&#8222;, no\u0161en\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed tam a zp\u011bt nebo stisky a zved\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed doma<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku doma je z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na tom, co m\u00e1te k dispozici. Pokud m\u00e1te hrazdu, je to o n\u011bco mali\u010dko leh\u010d\u00ed, ne\u017e bez n\u00ed. Pro c\u00edlenou pr\u00e1ci na stisku jsou ale perfektn\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad shyby na ru\u010dn\u00edku hozen\u00e9m p\u0159es hrazdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ma\u010dk\u00e1tka<\/strong>: z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdbava pro cvi\u010den\u00ed i proh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Ma\u010dk\u00e1tka (krou\u017eky, svorky&#8230;) stoj\u00ed p\u00e1r korun a v\u0161ichni je zn\u00e1me<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stisky a drcen\u00ed:<\/strong> Pokud chceme tr\u00e9novat doma stisk a drcen\u00ed, nen\u00ed nic leh\u010d\u00edho ne\u017e si sehnat tenis\u00e1k a ten ma\u010dkat v dlani nebo naplnit fla\u0161ku (od vody, prac\u00edho gelu&#8230;) a tu ma\u010dkat na pinch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je pot\u0159eba si n\u011bco koupit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nebudeme si lh\u00e1t, kdy\u017e se utrat\u00ed p\u00e1r stovek je to hned leh\u010d\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u011bc co si m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd sehnat, je ma\u010dk\u00e1tko a tenis\u00e1k. Ma\u010dk\u00e1tka jsou levn\u00e9 a tenis\u00e1ky se v\u00e1l\u00ed u kurt\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed krok (pokud na to je m\u00edsto) je hrazda. Tu by m\u011bl m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00fd lezec. D\u00e1 se koupit (p\u00e1r stovek v decathlonu po\u0159\u00edd\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.cz\/p\/posilovaci-hrazda-na-zed-skladaci\/_\/R-p-119673\">dobrou skl\u00e1dac\u00ed hrazdu<\/a>) nebo vyrobit. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b to chce n\u011bco pevn\u00e9ho, ide\u00e1ln\u011b ne do r\u00e1mu dve\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud se chcete opravdu roz\u0161oupnout, d\u011blaj\u00ed de p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 lezeck\u00e9 pom\u016fcky na pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku. V\u011bt\u0161inou jde o d\u0159evo p\u0159id\u011blan\u00e9 na nehybnou podlo\u017eku nebo z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed. Je to dobr\u00e1 varianta, ale najdete ji ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b dobr\u00fdch lezeck\u00fdch st\u011bn, tak\u017ee nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 ji sh\u00e1n\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolem a kolem&#8230;.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku je fajn c\u00edl, ale nejde jen o zved\u00e1n\u00ed a visi. Prvn\u00ed krok je zamyslet se nad vlastn\u00edm lezen\u00edm, jak zvednout tlak z rukou, nebojovat s vlastn\u00edm t\u011blem a sna\u017eit se l\u00e9zt optim\u00e1ln\u011b. Potom se d\u00e1 budovat. Na st\u011bn\u011b se pro stisk lezou sp\u00ed\u0161 p\u0159evisy, d\u00e1 se shybovat, viset, kampusovat a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na to j\u00edt p\u0159es posilovnu.
