Mobilita pro lezce je \u010dasto podce\u0148ovan\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st lezeck\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se \u010dasto schov\u00e1v\u00e1 za protahov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo lezeckou j\u00f3gu. Pro\u010d tomu tak ale je a jak se k mobilit\u011b pro lezce postavit je t\u00e9ma dne\u0161n\u00edho \u010dl\u00e1nku. Nen\u00ed to ale tak. Flexibilita je schopnost svalu (nebo svalov\u00fdch skupin) se pasivn\u011b prodlou\u017eit v ur\u010dit\u00e9m rozsahu pohybu. Mobilita je schopnost kloubu aktivn\u011b se pohybovat v rozsahu pohybu. Dalo by se tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee mobilita je schopnost t\u011bla dostat se do pozice flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tak\u017ee v praxi&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi jde o cpan\u00ed kloub\u016f mimo jejich zajet\u00fd r\u00e1mec pohybu. Momenty jako neschopnost dost vyto\u010dit ky\u010dle, zvednout dost vysoko nohu nebo ud\u011blat pln\u00fd kruh rukama (ano i to b\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m) jsou z\u00e1\u0159n\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edklady n\u00edzk\u00e9 mobility. V r\u00e1mci pos\u00edlen\u00ed t\u011bchto nedostatk\u016f proto tla\u010d\u00edme klouby na sam\u00fd okraj jejich pohyblivosti tak, aby se postupn\u011b dostaly d\u00e1l. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b jde vlastn\u011b o protahov\u00e1n\u00ed kloub\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy se v\u011bnovat mobilit\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilita (a vlastn\u011b i protahov\u00e1n\u00ed) maj\u00ed velkou v\u00fdhodu v tom, \u017ee se mezi jednotliv\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm nemus\u00ed c\u00edlen\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Na rozd\u00edl od <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni-cast-2\/\">posilovny <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posilovani-prstu\/\">posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f<\/a>, se d\u00e1 mobilit\u011b v\u011bnovat vlastn\u011b denn\u011b. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je to v\u0161e v mez\u00edch (a s rozumem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilita se d\u00e1 vrazit vlastn\u011b kamkoliv v r\u00e1mci <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/cvicebni-plan-na-lezeni\/\">cvi\u010debn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu<\/a>, do <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-spravne-prohrat-na-lezeni\/\">rozcvi\u010dky <\/a>p\u0159ed lezen\u00edm (osobn\u00ed preference) nebo klidn\u011b jako ka\u017edodenn\u00ed rutina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdbava?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasick\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka je, jestli je pot\u0159eba si na cvi\u010den\u00ed mobility n\u011bco koupit. Jde to 100 % zadarmo, ale d\u00e1 se u p\u00e1r korun utratit. Hlavn\u00ed v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 se d\u00e1 koupit jsou posilovac\u00ed gumy nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.cz\/p\/tyc-na-cviceni-gym-stick-fitness-drevena\/_\/R-p-304999?mc=8526538&amp;c=B%C3%89%C5%BDOV%C3%81\">ty\u010d na mobilitu<\/a>. Ob\u011b se daj\u00ed se daj\u00ed sehnat snad v ka\u017ed\u00e9m sportu. Ty\u010d se pak d\u00e1 nahradit jakoukoliv dost dlouhou ty\u010d\u00ed nebo n\u00e1sadou od ko\u0161t\u011bte. Daj\u00ed se pak pou\u017e\u00edt tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.cz\/search?Ntt=roller\">p\u011bnov\u00e9 rollery<\/a> nebo tvrd\u00e9 m\u00ed\u010dky (nap\u0159\u00edklad na golf nebo kriket).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ty\u010d (gumy)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce s ty\u010d\u00ed (nebo gumami) je jednoduch\u00e1. Za jejich pomoci (v\u011bt\u0161inou krou\u017eiv\u00fdmi pohyby) c\u00edl\u00edme na lokty a ramena. Ty\u010d je tu usm\u011br\u0148ovac\u00ed vodi\u010d pro n\u00e1\u0161 pohyb a s\u00edlu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roller<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Roller je skv\u011bl\u00fd pro uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 mobilitu kolem p\u00e1te\u0159e a ky\u010dl\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed v\u011bci pro lezen\u00ed jsou p\u00e1te\u0159, ramena a ky\u010dle. Pro zdrav\u00ed je pak fajn se je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bnovat v\u0161em kloub\u016fm. U lezc\u016f pak zejm\u00e9na z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00edm, lokt\u016fm, kolen\u016fm a kotn\u00edk\u016fm (proto\u017ee dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed dost zabrat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Krou\u017eiv\u00fdmi pohyby se kloub dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do limitn\u00edch pozic. P\u011bnov\u00fd Roller (z\u00e1da, ky\u010dle)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce s rollerem je u\u017e tro\u0161ku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00edv\u010d\u00ed, jeliko\u017e jde \u010dasto o c\u00edlenou pr\u00e1ci na z\u00e1dech a p\u00e1te\u0159i (co\u017e se d\u00e1 lehce posrat). M\u00ed\u010dky (gentle work)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvrd\u00e9 m\u00ed\u010dky, jako na lakros nebo golf, jsou dobr\u00e9 na c\u00edlenou pr\u00e1ci proti mal\u00fdm zatuhl\u00fdm m\u00edst\u016fm. Nej\u010dast\u011bji to b\u00fdvaj\u00ed trap\u00e9zy, lopatky nebo chodidla. Prvn\u00ed krok je naj\u00edt si kde m\u011b to bol\u00ed nebo kde je t\u011blo zatuhl\u00e9. \u010casto tam b\u00fdv\u00e1 jedno mal\u00e9 bolestiv\u00e9 m\u00edsto. To je t\u0159eba m\u00ed\u010dkem rozjezdit. Bude to bolet, ale n\u00e1sleduje \u00faleva. \u010casto jde ale o chronick\u00e1 m\u00edsta, tak\u017ee je nutn\u00e9 to d\u011blat pravideln\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Bez v\u00fdbavy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutin na mobilitu bez v\u00fdbavy je milion. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 c\u00edl\u00ed na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, a\u0165 jsou to klouby, regenerace, lep\u0161\u00ed lezen\u00ed atd. Ka\u017ed\u00fd zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v oblasti mobility pro lezce si po \u010dase vytvo\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u00ed rutinu, kter\u00e9 se je schopen dr\u017eet a kter\u00e1 mu pom\u00e1h\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se tam ale \u010dlov\u011bk propracuje, je fajn se dr\u017eet jedn\u00e9 \/ dvou rutin. Osobn\u011b se mi vyplatilo jednou t\u00fddn\u011b (v\u011bt\u0161inou o v\u00edkend) d\u011blat jednu del\u0161\u00ed rutinu na cel\u00e9 t\u011blo a pak p\u0159ed lezen\u00edm mal\u00e9 krat\u0161\u00ed rutiny na proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed s c\u00edlem proh\u0159\u00e1t po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b z\u00e1da, ramena, ky\u010dle a z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed. Mobilitu jsme toti\u017e ve \u0161kole bohu\u017eel ned\u011blali, tak\u017ee se to \u010dasto mus\u00edme u\u010dit od nuly. Ot\u00e1zka pak je, kde br\u00e1t inspiraci na n\u011bco jako je mobilita pro lezce? Nejsnaz\u0161\u00ed je to okoukat. Bu\u010fto od jin\u00fdch lezc\u016f na st\u011bn\u00e1ch, <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecky-kurz-pro-a-proti\/\">instruktor\u016f <\/a>nebo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z internetu.<br>V\u00fdborn\u00e9 zdroje na internetu jsou klasick\u00e1 kombinace <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">Fyziogym cooper<\/a> (kam se d\u00e1 i zaj\u00edt), <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">Lattice <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">Hooper\u00b4s Beta<\/a>. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je ale hafo vide\u00ed na YouTube, kter\u00e9 se t\u00edmto t\u00e9matem zab\u00edraj\u00ed a sta\u010d\u00ed jen tro\u0161ku hledat a najdete n\u011bkoho, kdo v\u00e1m sedne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolem a kolem&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilita je zapomenut\u00fd par\u0165\u00e1k flexibility, a lezen\u00ed bez mobility moc nejde. Nemus\u00ed se na to kupovat harda v\u011bc\u00ed, nemus\u00edte m\u00edt nic nebo sta\u010d\u00ed klidn\u011b jen n\u00e1sada od ko\u0161t\u011bte. C\u00edlem je ale zajistit si zdrav\u00fd pohyb, prevenci zran\u011bn\u00ed a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed schopnosti kloub\u016f j\u00edt za hranici sv\u00e9ho moment\u00e1ln\u00edho pohybu.
