Nemost l\u00e9zt je vylo\u017een\u011b trest. Zran\u011bn\u00ed nemus\u00ed ale nutn\u011b znamenat konec tr\u00e9ninku nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm lze z\u016fstat v kondici a zapracovat na n\u011bkter\u00fdch slab\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me. Jak teda pojmout cvi\u010den\u00ed se zran\u011bn\u00edm? Podle jeho z\u00e1va\u017enosti si vy\u017eaduje n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das mimo st\u011bnu. Podle toho, jak moc je prst zran\u011bn\u00fd, si vy\u017eaduje odpo\u010dinek, v\u011bt\u0161inou od p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f d\u00e1l. Proto soust\u0159edit se na flexibilitu a mobilitu je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale m\u016f\u017eeme po\u0159\u00e1d cvi\u010dit core (bez zap\u0159en\u00ed) a b\u011bhat a jezdit na rotoped (kolo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> V\u011b\u010di jako praskl\u00e9 \u0161lachy nebo zlomeniny cht\u011bj\u00ed hodn\u011b \u010dasu a odpo\u010dinku. Proto chceme cvi\u010dit bez jak\u00e9hokoliv zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ruky. \u010casto proto zb\u00fdv\u00e1 jen mobilita a flexibilita. B\u011bh i rotoped riskuj\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00e9 je to progres. Jak se prst bude zlep\u0161ovat, d\u00e1 se postupn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161ovat z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a cvi\u010dit v\u00edce. Opravdu doporu\u010dujeme konzultaci s experty jako je nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">FyzioCooper<\/a> nebo se kouknout na Internet (nap\u0159 sem na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopersbeta.com\/library\/a2-pulley-manual-for-climbers\">Hooper\u00b4s Beta<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed se zran\u011bn\u00edm: Ruky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zran\u011bn\u00ed ruky jsou o n\u011bco hor\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e zran\u011bn\u00ed prstu. Logicky proto\u017ee s n\u00edm nem\u016f\u017eeme (nebo bychom nem\u011bli) pou\u017e\u00edvat danou kon\u010detinu. A\u0165 jde o v\u011bci jako nata\u017een\u00fd sval a\u017e po zlomeniny, zran\u011bn\u00ed ruky chce omezen\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed na to, co j\u00ed nezat\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Co tedy pad\u00e1? Rozhodn\u011b posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f a silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink horn\u00ed poloviny t\u011bla. U v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edho zran\u011bn\u00ed pak ale tak\u00e9 b\u011bh, kolo a kus mobility (ano, je to hnus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lehk\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> S lehk\u00fdm zran\u011bn\u00edm se d\u00e1 posilovat core a nohy (bez z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed), b\u011bhat a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u011blat mobilitu a flexibilitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u0159edn\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> U\u017e omezuje b\u011bh, jeliko\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9zt ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed (podle zran\u011bn\u00ed). St\u00e1le ale jde lehk\u00fd core, protahov\u00e1n\u00ed a mobilita (100% spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> U\u017e chce klidov\u00fd re\u017eim a trpelivost. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je ze dr\u017eet mobility a protahov\u00e1n\u00ed. U v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho zran\u011bn\u00ed ruky v\u00e1m ale v\u011bci s\u00e1m zak\u00e1\u017ee doktor, jeliko\u017e jich bude nejsp\u00ed\u0161 hodn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed se zran\u011bn\u00edm: Nohy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zran\u011bn\u00ed nohy je fakt pruda. Nejen \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eeme l\u00e9zt, ale omezuje to hodn\u011b mobilitu a mo\u017enost cvi\u010dit v\u0161e ostatn\u00ed. Asi t\u011b\u017eko se bude toti\u017e cvi\u010dit s\u00edla, kdy\u017e bychom nem\u011bli d\u00e1vat v\u00e1hu na nohu. Zase je to ale podle z\u00e1va\u017enosti. Bohu\u017eel zran\u011bn\u00ed nohy eliminuje mobilitu a protahov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9 spodn\u00ed poloviny t\u011bla (podle z\u00e1va\u017enosti samoz\u0159ejm\u011b). Pozitivn\u00ed ale je, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme jet prsty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lehk\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> Lehk\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1m st\u00e1le umo\u017en\u00ed posilovat core a d\u011blat mobilitu a protahov\u00e1n\u00ed horn\u00ed poloviny t\u011bla. Co se tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee je silov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed na hrazd\u011b (<em>opatrn\u011b<\/em>) a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u0159edn\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> Omezuje posilov\u00e1n\u00ed (pokud nejsme <em>mega <\/em>opatrn\u00ed). St\u00e1le jde o jist\u00e9 m\u00edry core a hrazda. Mobilita a protahov\u00e1n\u00ed torza a rukou je z\u00e1klad. Stejn\u011b tak kompenzace a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong> U\u017e opravdu omezuj\u00ed pohyb. Je lep\u0161\u00ed neposilovat, na hrazdu se jen koukat a soust\u0159edit se na zlep\u0161en\u00ed s\u00edly a schopnost\u00ed prst\u016f, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a p\u0159edlokt\u00ed. St\u00e1le jde pracovat na <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posileni-stisku\/\">pos\u00edlen\u00ed stisku<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta a mentalita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak jsme u\u017e psali d\u0159\u00edv, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st a dieta jsou nutnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ozdraven\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se zotavujeme je nutn\u00e9 na to myslet. Ano, cvi\u010dit je fajn a nutn\u00e9. Nejde jen Sednout a \u010dekat a\u017e se v\u0161e zlep\u0161\u00ed. Osobn\u011b se mi osv\u011bd\u010dilo se dr\u017eet ment\u00e1ln\u011b sportu. Myslet na projekty, sledovat lezeck\u00fd youtube a dr\u017eet se c\u00edle. Zabr\u00e1n\u00edm t\u00edm \u00fapadku do nespokojenosti a chmur, kter\u00e9 nepom\u00e1haj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se j\u00eddla t\u00fd\u010de, je to super nutn\u00e9. Kdy\u017e aktivn\u011b cvi\u010d\u00edme, n\u011bjak\u00e9 to pivo nebo mek\u00e1\u010d se ztrat\u00ed. Stejn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na u v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zran\u011bn\u00ed, vede do hrobu.
