Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e9 plates are often called the best climbing area in Prague<\/a>. The area is conveniently located between Barrandov, Jinonice and Sm\u00edchov and two train and bus lines. Due to its proximity to the Prokopsk\u00e1 \u00fadol\u00ed area, it would seem at first glance that it will be traditional rock climbing. But as the name suggests, the area is dominated by inclined plates. It is aimed mainly at intermediate to advanced climbers.<\/p>\n\n\n

History<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Na hlubo\u010depsk\u00fdch v\u00e1penc\u00edch se, stejn\u011b jako v Prokop valley<\/a>, leze u\u017e des\u00edtky let. Prvn\u00ed zapsan\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy jsou na Svazu zaznamenan\u00e9 z konce \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch let<\/a>, kde se za\u010dala obl\u00e9zat Right <\/a>and Left <\/a>plotna, kter\u00e9 se postupn\u011b pilnou prac\u00ed zaplnily. O valnou \u010d\u00e1st prvov\u00fdstup\u016f se v t\u00e9to dob\u011b postarali otrl\u00ed lezci z horolezeck\u00e9ho odd\u00edlu Vy\u0161ehrad<\/a>. Lezlo se tu po pr\u00e1ci a ve voln\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch. Cesty byly natahan\u00e9 a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 za vlastn\u00ed finance odd\u00edlu, za co\u017e jim m\u016f\u017eeme b\u00fdt do dnes vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na Hlubo\u010depech se aktivn\u011b se tu od roku 1968. Do tohoto roku se na Hlubo\u010depsk\u00fdch plotn\u00e1ch t\u011b\u017eil v\u00e1penec – jeho\u017e poznamen\u00e1n\u00ed je na oblasti viditeln\u00e9 do dnes.
Jak je tomu u\u017e v Praze pravidlem, oblasti se \u010dasto rozr\u016fstaj\u00ed. Ani Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e9 plotny nejsou v\u00fdjimkou tohoto pravidla. Prvotn\u011b se lezlo pouze na Lev\u00e9 plotn\u011b a napravo od Kouta Prav\u00e9 plotny. Small hot plate<\/a> slou\u017eila jako „proh\u0159\u00e9vac\u00ed“ do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry. Postupn\u011b se ale v\u0161echny t\u0159i sk\u00e1ly oblezly a zaplnily. Do konce roku 2010 byla ji\u017e velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st zavedena a prolezena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S p\u0159\u00edchodem Covidu se v\u0161ak ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed lezci postarali i o plotnu na \u017dvahov\u011b <\/a>a bouldry se zaplnily i Skalky mezi plotnami<\/a>, na kter\u00e9 se na lan\u011b l\u00e9zt ned\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pravidla lezen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pravidla lezen\u00ed jsou na skal\u00e1ch<\/a> jasn\u011b dan\u00e1. V Hlubo\u010depech plat\u00ed jasn\u00e1 pravidla. Z\u00e1kaz m\u011bnit podobu sk\u00e1ly a p\u0159ilehl\u00e9ho okol\u00ed, z\u00e1kaz tvorby nov\u00fdch cest a z\u00e1kaz pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zimn\u00ed lezeck\u00e9 v\u00fdzbroje.
Z\u00e1rove\u0148 s t\u00edm se poj\u00ed pravidla platn\u00e1 pro P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed rezervace, kter\u00e1 se ale t\u00fdkaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na sektoru \u017dvahov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e9 plates: Climbing sectors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Hlubo\u010dep plates are composed of three main sectors. He is the biggest Left plate<\/a>, followed by crumbly and partly non-plate The right plate<\/a> and the smallest \u2013 Small hot plate<\/a>. The Small and Left plates are adjacent to each other and are only a few hundred meters away from the right plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Left Plate \u2013 Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e9 plates <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The rock is the highest and largest of the sectors of the Hlubo\u010dep Plateau climbing area. With its 40 meters of height and 27 routes, it is the perfect place for advanced climbers. Although there are also easier routes (such as the Balanc \u2013 4 (V-) route), the vast majority of routes are rated between 7a (VIII) and 7c+ (IX+). The left plate is therefore not an ideal place for beginners or those who they don't go first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the rock itself is not friable, the slats tend to break. Along with this, there is a risk of debris falling from the top of the rock, where tourists are moving. Therefore, we highly recommend wearing a helmet around the stove. Broken roads are marked in the description of the roads in the guide here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the equipment, it is necessary to have available 1. A rope AT LEAST 50 meters long 2. Belay 3. Seat 4. Climbing shoes (ideally with hard rubber<\/a> to edging, as Vibram XS Edge<\/a>) 5. Set of 6 to 12 express bikes (depending on the length of the route) 6. Carabiners (depending on the length \u2013 enough for multi-length<\/a> belay) 7. Seat (required for tying the belay at the end of the journey) 8. Helmet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right plate - Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e9 plates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The sector is the second largest, but also the most dangerous sector of the Hlubo\u010depsk\u00e1 plotna area. You will find a total of 15 main routes divided into two parts. For a more difficult and higher plate and smaller "lighter" ribs. The roads are unlocked bolts and rivets<\/a>, which are regularly exchanged. However, traditional belaying and the use of boulder mats are also recommended here for more dangerous ascents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roads are relatively broken and very close to the active rail. That's why it's key to carry a helmet and pay attention. Although at first glance it would seem that Prav\u00e1 plotna is a good place for beginner climbers, unfortunately it is not. The combination of high first belays, brittleness and unpleasant falls make this a sector for more advanced climbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small hot plate<\/h3>\n\n\n

The plate is adjacent to the Left Plate sector. It is the safest and smallest sector of the area. Here you will find twelve inclined paths. The climbing is well secured (mainly bolts) and leads to abseiling. The Small Plate is significantly lighter than the adjacent Left Plate. It is thus ideal for warming up before moving on to longer routes in the sector or for climbing training for beginners. Bouldering mats or traditional belaying are not needed here.<\/p>\n

The roads are short and very inclined from the halfway point. It is a very low risk when climbing. Nevertheless, we recommend a helmet, as there is still a possibility of debris falling from the top of the Left Plate.<\/p>\n

Bouldering<\/h2>\n

Hlubo\u010depy jsou relativn\u011b \u010derstv\u011b domovem rozr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edho se boulder sektoru na Skalce mezi Plotnami<\/a>. Lezen\u00ed je to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b pro nikoho – plotnovit\u00e9 a t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Celkem je tu 12 boulder linek mezi obt\u00ed\u017enostmi 5 (V1) a\u017e 8A+ (V12)<\/a>. Najdete tu budto lehk\u00e9 cesty mezi 5+ – 6C nebo opavdu n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 cesty od 7C+ nahoru.
Pozitivn\u00ed je zde to, \u017ee dopadi\u0161t\u011b jsou vesm\u011bs velice dobr\u00e1, tak\u017ee nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 b\u00fdt vyzbrojen\u00fd mnoha bouldermatkami<\/a> a chyta\u010di.<\/p>\n
