Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1me jin\u00fd t\u00fddenn\u00ed rozvrh a lezen\u00ed \u017eere v\u00edce \u010dasu ne\u017e jednoduch\u00e1 posilovna nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed doma. Spolu s&nbsp;t\u00edm je dost dob\u0159e mo\u017en\u00e9 se hodn\u011b zlep\u0161it v&nbsp;lezen\u00ed pouh\u00fdm \u010dast\u00fdm lezen\u00edm (co\u017e ale v\u0161em nevyhovuje). Hlavn\u00ed \u201ediscipl\u00edny\u201c, kter\u00e9 chceme zahrnout do na\u0161ich pl\u00e1n\u016f je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Mobilita a flexibilita<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>jak v\u0161ichni lezci v\u011bd\u00ed, mobiln\u00ed a ohebn\u00ed lezci lezou l\u00e9pe, ne\u017e zatuhl\u00ed. Toto cvi\u010den\u00ed nejen zv\u011bt\u0161uje lezeck\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, ale tak\u00e9 proaktivn\u011b bojuje proti <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-zraneni-prevence-a-jak-na-ne\/\">injury<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hangboarding (s\u00edla prst\u016f)<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>siln\u00e9 prsty jsou z\u00e1kladn\u00ed k\u00e1men lezce. <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-terminologie\/\">Li\u0161ty <\/a>bez nich nejdou a cel\u00fd sport je na tom zalo\u017een\u00fd. Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nic dod\u00e1vat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lezen\u00ed<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>nejde se zlep\u0161it v lezen\u00ed bez lezen\u00ed (logicky). Zde se soust\u0159ed\u00edme na lezeckou praxi. Boj se <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/strach-z-padani\/\">strachem<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni-cast-2\/\">v\u00fddr\u017e<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni\/\"> techniku, jin\u00e9 lezeck\u00e9 styly<\/a> atd&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 lezeck\u00e1 s\u00edla<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>posilov\u00e1n\u00ed se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen prst\u016f, ale i zad, b\u0159icha, nohou a v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch sval\u016f t\u011bla. V\u0161eobecn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, jde o <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-se-zlepsit-v-lezeni-cast-2\/\">kondi\u010dku<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odpo\u010dinek &#8211;<\/strong> absolutn\u011b nediskutabiln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pl\u00e1nu. Bez odpo\u010dinku p\u0159ijde zran\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1n na lezen\u00ed: Druhy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">V\u0161eobecn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, m\u00e1me dva druhy lezeck\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f. Takov\u00fd, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me cel\u00fd rok a moc se jeho struktura nem\u011bn\u00ed. Tady mu budeme \u0159\u00edkat <strong>statick\u00fd<\/strong>. Druh\u00fd je takov\u00fd, kter\u00fd se d\u011bl\u00e1 podle lezeck\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f nebo v\u00fdlet\u016f. Tomu budeme \u0159\u00edkat <strong>plovouc\u00ed <\/strong>(proto\u017ee se kalend\u00e1\u0159em h\u00fdbe). Statick\u00fd i plovouc\u00ed pl\u00e1n si jsou dost podobn\u00e9. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy se toti\u017e nem\u011bn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e tedy um\u00ed lezec ud\u011blat jeden, um\u00ed vlastn\u011b ud\u011blat i druh\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statick\u00fd lezeck\u00fd pl\u00e1n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Statick\u00fd pl\u00e1n se skrz rok moc nem\u011bn\u00ed. Jde o to &#8222;pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed&#8220;, kter\u00e9 postupn\u011b buduje lezeck\u00e9 schopnosti. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem cviky kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s posouvaj\u00ed v na\u0161\u00ed lezeck\u00e9 discipl\u00edn\u011b (nebo v\u0161eobecn\u011b v lezen\u00ed) postupn\u011b skrz rok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plovouc\u00ed lezeck\u00fd pl\u00e1n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plovouc\u00ed lezeck\u00fd pl\u00e1n m\u00e1 jedin\u00fd c\u00edl. P\u0159ipravit lezce na v\u00fdlet, projekt nebo z\u00e1vody. Kon\u010d\u00ed akc\u00ed na kterou jsme cvi\u010dili a kolem t\u00e9 se taky buduje. Na rozd\u00edl od statick\u00e9ho se plovouc\u00ed pl\u00e1n buduje pozp\u00e1tku a jsou v\u00edce c\u00edlen\u00e9, ne\u017e statick\u00e9. V\u011bt\u0161ina z lezc\u016f ho pou\u017eije nejv\u00edce kdy\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/send-season-co-jak-kdy\/\">send season<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvi\u010debn\u00ed cykly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cvi\u010debn\u00ed cykly jsou z\u00e1kladn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed slo\u017ekou ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu. Jde o pl\u00e1n toho, co m\u00e1me p\u0159ed sebou na t\u00fdden. Mikro cyklus by m\u011bl zahrnovat cvi\u010den\u00ed, lezen\u00ed a hlavn\u011b dostatek odpo\u010dinku a kompenza\u010dn\u00edho cvi\u010den\u00ed (flexibilita, mobilita).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Mezo cyklus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Mezo cyklus se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z t\u00fddn\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161inou jde o 1 m\u011bs\u00edc. Zde se soust\u0159ed\u00edme na spr\u00e1vnou strukturu cvi\u010den\u00ed, eskalace intenzity a odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd t\u00fdden. Dobr\u00e1 struktura je nap\u0159. 3+1 (3 cvi\u010debn\u00ed t\u00fddny a jeden odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Makro cyklus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Makro cyklus je v rozsahu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Soust\u0159ed\u00edme se tu na &#8222;big picture&#8220;. Tedy na to, aby pl\u00e1n jako celek m\u011bl postup v intenzit\u011b, dost odpo\u010dinku a ide\u00e1ln\u011b k n\u011b\u010demu sm\u011b\u0159oval. A\u0165 aktivn\u00edmu lezen\u00ed (z\u00e1vody, projekt) nebo k \u010d\u00e1sti roku (l\u00e9to, V\u00e1noce, send season).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak poskl\u00e1dat cykly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jak jste ji\u017e pochopili, cykly na sebe navazuj\u00ed a tvo\u0159\u00ed jeden velk\u00fd pl\u00e1n. Na co mus\u00edme pamatovat, kdy\u017e skl\u00e1d\u00e1me cvi\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, je eskalace n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti, a hlavn\u011b odpo\u010dinek a de-eskalace n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti (jinak si koledujeme o zran\u011bn\u00ed). D\u011bl\u00e1me to tak, \u017ee m\u00e1me dva druhy ka\u017ed\u00e9ho cyklu \u2013 <strong>aktivn\u00ed a odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd<\/strong>. V&nbsp;mezo cyklu je to <strong>t\u00fdden s&nbsp;men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed<\/strong>. V&nbsp;makro cyklu je to m\u011bs\u00edc (nebo p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f) kdy <strong>lezeme m\u00e9n\u011b<\/strong>, relaxujeme, odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1me (dovolen\u00e1, l\u00e9to, V\u00e1noce atd.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Aktivn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti v mikro cyklu jsou lezeck\u00e9 a cvi\u010debn\u00ed dny. V mezo cyklu jsou to t\u00fddny kdy cvi\u010d\u00edme aktivn\u011b. V makro cyklu je to vlastn\u00ed cvi\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Aktivn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st se postupn\u011b eskaluje. Tak se zajist\u00ed progres. D\u011bl\u00e1 se to nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm cel\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem. Za\u010dneme poskl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm jednoho t\u00fddne (mikro cyklu), uk\u00e1\u017eeme si jak se eskaluje a jak se odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1. Pak to sam\u00e9 sp\u00e1ch\u00e1me s jedn\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edcem (mezo cyklem) a makro cyklem.
