Asi ka\u017ed\u00e9mu se n\u00e1m b\u011bhem lezen\u00ed zranil kamar\u00e1d nebo dokonce my. Natr\u017een\u00e9 vazy, utr\u017een\u00e1 poutka, nata\u017een\u00e9 vazy a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zran\u011bn\u00e9 klouby (hlavn\u011b nohy) jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem sv\u00e9 cesty zp\u011bt do lezen\u00ed pobav\u00edte o procesu s n\u011bk\u00fdm u\u010den\u00fdm. Osobn\u011b m\u00e1m v\u00fdbornou zku\u0161enost s <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">Fyzio Gym Cooper<\/a>. Ale doktor, zku\u0161en\u00fd instruktor nebo fyzioterapeut jsou \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 varianty. Ob\u010das posta\u010d\u00ed i racion\u00e1ln\u00ed k\u00e1mo\u0161 aby v\u00e1m \u0159ekl, \u017ee jste pitomci :D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Tak\u017ee co jsou prvn\u00ed kr\u016f\u010dky? Popov\u00eddat si o cest\u011b kup\u0159edu s n\u011bk\u00fdm povolan\u00fdm a pak se <strong>pomalu <\/strong>vr\u00e1tit k lehk\u00fdm cest\u00e1m. Prvn\u00edch p\u00e1r lezeck\u00fdch sessions po zran\u011bn\u00ed by m\u011bly b\u00fdt klidn\u00e9 a pomal\u00e9. Lehk\u00e9 cesty n\u011bkolik \u00farovn\u00ed pod maximem by m\u011bl b\u00fdt nov\u00fd standard a spolu s t\u00edm i <strong>po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 a d\u016fkladn\u00e1 rozcvi\u010dka!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozcvi\u010dka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Rozcvi\u010dka by &#8211; jak u\u017e v\u00edte &#8211; m\u011bla b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho lezen\u00ed. Kdy\u017e u\u017e se zran\u00edte, tak by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt o to precizn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a zac\u00edlen\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b na zran\u011bnou kon\u010detinu nebo m\u00edsto. V\u0161eobecn\u011b chceme p\u0159ed t\u00edmhle c\u00edlen\u00fdm proh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm zvednout t\u011blesnou teplotu a rozproudit krev. Toho se d\u00e1 doc\u00edlit asi tis\u00edci r\u016fzn\u00fdmi metodami, ale star\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 jsou rychl\u00e9 verze jsou \u0161vihadlo, y\u00f3ga, b\u011bh (na m\u00edst\u011b) nebo pan\u00e1ci. Vhodn\u00e9 ale vlastn\u011b cokoliv, co v\u00e1m zvedne tepovku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak zac\u00edlit na jednotliv\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed? Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na druhu a kde to je. V\u011bt\u0161inou dojde ke zran\u011bn\u00ed kv\u016fli omylu nebo nedostatku odpo\u010dinku. Omyl se n\u011bjak zachr\u00e1nit ned\u00e1. Odpo\u010dinek se ale d\u00e1 protla\u010dit do lezeck\u00e9ho t\u00fddne. Tak\u017ee je fajn se tu tro\u0161ku zastavit a zamyslet se nad <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/cvicebni-plan-na-lezeni\/\">lezeck\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem<\/a> a nacpat do t\u00fddne v\u00edce odpo\u010dinku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hlavn\u00ed je ale polevit na intenzit\u011b. Ano, v\u00edm \u017ee se chcete hned vr\u00e1tit do stejn\u00fdch kolej\u00ed a projektovat jako d\u0159\u00edv. Bohu\u017eel to ale nejde. Proto se smi\u0159te s t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f po vr\u00e1cen\u00ed budete l\u00e9zt o n\u011bkolik grade n\u00ed\u017ee, ne\u017e jste zvykl\u00ed. Jde o postupn\u00fd progres, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu se dostanete zp\u011bt do formy (ide\u00e1ln\u011b d\u011blan\u00e9 s c\u00edlen\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem). \u010cast\u011bji a lehce je l\u00e9pe ne\u017e n\u00e1razov\u011b a hodn\u011b. Chceme znovu zajet pohybov\u00e9 vzory a ur\u010dit\u00e9 procento z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Proto se opravdu nevyplat\u00ed to p\u0159ep\u00e1lit a nechat se strhnout do velk\u00fdch bomb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy\u017e u\u017e si mysl\u00edm \u017ee je to dobr\u00fd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Kdy\u017e u\u017e si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee je zran\u011bn\u00ed pry\u010d a m\u016f\u017eu za\u010d\u00edt tla\u010dit, je fajn se na chv\u00edli zastavit a hodit je\u0161t\u011b jeden mal\u00fd odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd cyklus. Pokud u\u017e tedy \u0159e\u0161\u00edme to jak se vr\u00e1tit po zran\u011bn\u00ed, chceme se vr\u00e1tit a z\u016fstat&#8230;vr\u00e1cen. U\u017e jsem to tedy \u0159ekl, ale \u0159eknu to zas. Postavit a dr\u017eet si lezeck\u00fd pl\u00e1n je velice dobr\u00e1 pom\u016fcka. Dal\u0161\u00ed dobrou metodou je zatejpovat si zran\u011bnou kon\u010detinu, aby jsme si pamatovali, \u017ee s n\u00ed n\u011bco je a ned\u011blat zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 kejkle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-justify\">Kolem a kolem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">T\u00e9ma jak se vr\u00e1tit po zran\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed moc komplexn\u00ed a m\u011blo by b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161eno s profesion\u00e1lem nebo n\u011bk\u00fdm znal\u00fdm (ne n\u011bjak\u00fdm \u010dl\u00e1nkem na netu). Hlavn\u00ed mota jsou tu pobavit se s expertem, <strong>odpo\u010d\u00edvat<\/strong>, <strong>za\u010d\u00edt pomalu<\/strong>, a <strong>proh\u0159\u00edvat se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b<\/strong>.
