V\u0161ichni toti\u017e douf\u00e1me, \u017ee se n\u00e1s t\u00fdkat nebude a proto se na tuto potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed eventualitu nep\u0159iprav\u00edme. Je jin\u00e9 kdy\u017e si natrhnete poutko u <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/bouldering-praha\/\">boulderingu <\/a>a kdy\u017e spadnete z v\u011b\u017ee a zlom\u00edte si obratle v z\u00e1dech. Dneska tu budeme \u0159e\u0161it problematiku sp\u00ed\u0161e ze \u0161iroka a z pohledu men\u0161\u00edch, &#8222;m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch&#8220; zran\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud jste si zp\u0159er\u00e1\u017eeli z\u00e1da a budete t\u00fddny le\u017eet ob\u00e1v\u00e1m se, \u017ee nebudeme moct pomoci, proto\u017ee jsme to sami neza\u017eili. Jsou ale lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se na terapii v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed pomoct!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">To, na co se budeme dneska zam\u011b\u0159ovat jsou typick\u00e1 lezeck\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-zraneni-prevence-a-jak-na-ne\/\">injury<\/a>. Natr\u017een\u00e9, pohmo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 a nata\u017een\u00e9 vazy, utr\u017een\u00e9 prsty, praskl\u00e9 z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a jin\u00e9 klouby a mnoho jin\u00fdch zran\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jako lezci sb\u00edr\u00e1me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hlava<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, ve zdrav\u00e9m t\u011ble, zdrav\u00fd duch. Na\u0161e hlava je schopna ovlivnit mnoho. Kdy\u017e u\u017e m\u00e1me tu sm\u016flu a vy\u0159ad\u00edme se z provozu zran\u011bn\u00edm je nutn\u00e9 nezoufat (i kdy\u017e je to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9) a sna\u017eit se z\u016fstat pozitivn\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se to lehce \u0159ekne a h\u016f\u0159e ud\u011bl\u00e1. N\u011bkter\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na ty, kter\u00e1 se dlouho l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, sv\u00e1d\u00ed k zouf\u00e1n\u00ed a depres\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak jak se teda dr\u017eet ment\u00e1ln\u011b v pozitivit\u011b a pohod\u011b? P\u00e1r tip\u016f bychom pro v\u00e1s m\u011bli (a fungovali pro J\u00e1nusovo zran\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed \u00b423).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chodit s ostatn\u00edmi ke skal\u00e1m &#8211; <\/strong>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 se c\u00edtit st\u00e1le sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komunity a sportu, kter\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1me (i kdy\u017e se nem\u016f\u017eeme \u00fa\u010dastnit). Chodit se svou skupinou lezc\u016f ke skal\u00e1m a pod\u00edlet se na lezeck\u00e9m dni je v\u00fdborn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se dr\u017eet pozitivn\u00ed a s dobrou vyhl\u00eddkou. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pohybovat se v lezeck\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b &#8211; <\/strong>Jako dr\u017een\u00ed se komunity se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 i sledov\u00e1n\u00ed lezeck\u00e9ho d\u011bn\u00ed. Z\u00e1vody, OL. kvalifikace, obl\u00edben\u00ed lezci nebo jen YouTube jsou mal\u00fdm, ale pozitivn\u00edm krokem k uzdraven\u00ed a dr\u017een\u00ed hlavy v pohod\u011b. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00fdt aktivn\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edt \u010dasu &#8211;<\/strong> Rozhodn\u011b je dobr\u00e9 se nefl\u00e1kat a zapracovat na sv\u00fdch slabin\u00e1ch. N\u011bjak\u00e9 to posilov\u00e1n\u00ed jde v\u017edy, od <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posilovani-prstu\/\">hangboardingu <\/a>na slab\u00e9 ruce a\u017e po n\u011bjak\u00e9 to z\u00e1kladn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b to podl\u00e9h\u00e1 druhu zran\u011bn\u00ed a konzultace s doktorem, ale n\u011bco se d\u00e1 vymyslet v\u017edy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u011blo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">T\u011blo je to, o co jde kdy\u017e se bav\u00edme o tom, jak se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat se zran\u011bn\u00edm. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u0161echny rady, kter\u00e9 tu d\u00e1v\u00e1me ohledn\u011b zdrav\u00ed a cvi\u010den\u00ed se zran\u011bn\u00edm by se m\u011bly v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f konzultovat s doktorem nebo na <a href=\"https:\/\/fyziogym.cz\/\">fyzio <\/a>(proto\u017ee my nejsme dokto\u0159i).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">To \u0159e\u010deno, rozhodn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 neb\u00fdt lenoch a tro\u0161ku se h\u00fdbat (ide\u00e1ln\u011b venku) a zamakat na fyzick\u00fdch nedostatc\u00edch. Co se d\u00e1 d\u011blat vlastn\u011b v\u017edy? N\u011bjak\u00e1 verze protahov\u00e1n\u00ed, mobility a rehabilitace. Zejm\u00e9na kdy\u017e jde o poran\u011bn\u00ed \u0161lach tak by se tato \u010d\u00e1st nem\u011bla podce\u0148ovat, jeliko\u017e se \u0161lachy a vazy hoj\u00ed bez pohybu velice pomalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 teda m\u00e1me tipy a triky na z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed p\u0159i zran\u011bn\u00ed? To z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom co je zran\u011bn\u00e9. Mal\u00e1 inspirace p\u0159i zran\u011bn\u00ed ale je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ruka &#8211; <\/strong>Ruka neomezuje pohyb novou a torza. Tak\u017ee protahov\u00e1n\u00ed, mobilita ky\u010dl\u00ed a p\u00e1te\u0159e a s\u00edla st\u0159edu t\u011bla, nohou a druh\u00e9 ruky se m\u016f\u017ee v n\u011bjak\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e d\u00e1le provozovat. Je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 myslet na to jak\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed to vlastn\u011b m\u00e1me. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prst(y) &#8211; <\/strong>Prsty jsou klasick\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed a omezuj\u00ed pouze ruku, na kter\u00e9 jsou (logicky). Tak\u017ee protahov\u00e1n\u00ed, s\u00edla zbytku t\u011bla a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed lezeck\u00e1 technika (bez jedn\u00e9 ruky) se daj\u00ed d\u00e1l d\u011blat. Stejn\u011b tak jako <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posilovani-prstu\/\">hangboarding <\/a>druh\u00e9 ruky (v m\u00ed\u0159e ale, aby nedo\u0161lo k nerovnosti).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Koleno &#8211; <\/strong>Koleno je problematick\u00e9, jeliko\u017e omezuje zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st pohybu t\u011bla. Protahov\u00e1n\u00ed torza a rukou ale jde. Stejn\u011b jako opatrn\u00e9 posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f a n\u011bjak\u00e1 (opatrn\u00e1) pr\u00e1ce na hrazd\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kotn\u00edk &#8211; <\/strong>Zde plat\u00ed podobn\u00e1 pravidla jako u kolena, jen s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edrou opatrnosti. Jeliko\u017e je kotn\u00edk men\u0161\u00ed kloub, \u010dasto ho podce\u0148ujeme. V\u0161e se po \u010dase zahoj\u00ed a sta\u010d\u00ed to jen vydr\u017eet (i kdy\u017e se to lehce \u0159\u00edk\u00e1). Vyu\u017eit\u00ed plonkov\u00e9ho \u010dasu produktivn\u011b je kl\u00ed\u010d k \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu p\u0159e\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9hle nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 doby. N\u011bjak\u00e1 kombinace fyzick\u00e9 aktivity a ment\u00e1ln\u00edho zapojen\u00ed do sportu je rozhodn\u011b cesta kup\u0159edu.
