Odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku &#8222;jak se spr\u00e1vn\u011b proh\u0159\u00e1t?&#8220; je p\u0159itom vcelku jednoduch\u00e1 a moc se neli\u0161\u00ed mezi <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-zacit-s-boulderingem\/\">venkovn\u00edm <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/nejlepsi-lezecke-steny-praha-a-okoli\/\">vnit\u0159n\u00edm lezen\u00edm<\/a>. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku probereme jak se proh\u0159\u00e1t. To se d\u011bl\u00e1 v celku jednodu\u0161e. Chcete zvednout tep a rozproudit krev do cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla. V\u011bci jako \u0161vihadlo a b\u011bh funguj\u00ed \u00fa\u017easn\u011b jak univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u016fsoby. Lezci ale \u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacrux.com\/cs\/sponzorovan%C3%BD-obsah\/13-yogauebungen-zum-aufwaermen-fuers-klettern\/\">y\u00f3gu <\/a>nebo dynamick\u00fd stre\u010dink. Na \u0161vihadlo by se ale nem\u011blo zapom\u00ednat. Je lehk\u00e9 a rychle v\u00e1s proh\u0159eje.<br>A\u0165 ale d\u011bl\u00e1te cokoliv, hlavn\u00ed \u00fakol je zv\u00fd\u0161it tepovku a zah\u0159\u00e1t se. Proto nen\u00ed od v\u011bci si zacvi\u010dit v\u00edce oble\u010den\u00fd, aby byl proces rychlej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fingers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Kolem prst\u016f se d\u011bl\u00e1 hodn\u011b chyb. \u010casto se pouze rozlezeme nebo za\u010dneme hned viset na <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/vanocni-darky-pro-lezce-hangboard\/\">hangboardu <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jak-cvicit-na-campus-boardu\/\">campusovat <\/a>na max. To je ale recept na pr\u016fser. Na <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/posilovani-prstu\/\">pos\u00edlen\u00ed prst\u016f<\/a> je prostor jinde. Prvn\u00ed je pot\u0159eba proh\u0159\u00e1t \u0161lachy a svaly ruky, dlan\u011b, p\u0159edlokt\u00ed a z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed. K tomu dob\u0159e slou\u017e\u00ed krou\u017eiv\u00e9 pohyby kloub\u016f, zat\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed a <strong>LEHK\u00c9 <\/strong>visi na hangboardu. Je fajn si tu vzpomenout na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kolu a t\u011blocvik p\u0159ed basketbalem. V\u011bnovat se prota\u017een\u00ed a zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed v\u0161ech kloub\u016f ruky, prst\u016fm a p\u0159edlokt\u00ed. Alternativn\u011b se m\u016f\u017eete zeptat <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecky-kurz-pro-a-proti\/\">instruktor\u016f <\/a>na st\u011bn\u011b, jestli nemaj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 tipy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na lezen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jako lezci vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me n\u011bkter\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 skupiny v\u00edc, ne\u017e jin\u00e9. Stejn\u011b tak klouby dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed na frak jinak. Proto je fajn se zam\u011b\u0159it na lokty, ramena, kotn\u00edky a kolena. Prokrou\u017eit je a p\u0159ipravit na z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Stejn\u011b to plat\u00ed pro ky\u010dle, krk a ostatn\u00ed klouby t\u011bla. V\u0161ichni v\u00edme, co po lezen\u00ed bol\u00ed. To je pot\u0159eba proh\u0159\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Rozlezen\u00ed u\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed do lezecky specifick\u00e9ho proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. Stejn\u011b jako v posilovn\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me s men\u0161\u00edmi v\u00e1hami, tak i lezci by m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt na ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecke-stupnice-obtiznosti\/\">obt\u00ed\u017enostech<\/a>. P\u00e1r lehk\u00fdch cest p\u0159ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm lezen\u00edm se vyplat\u00ed jak na boulder tak na lano (by\u0165 to na lan\u011b trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zran\u011bn\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud jste po zran\u011bn\u00ed a boj\u00edte se, \u017ee p\u0159ijde zas, v klidu v\u011bnujte zran\u011bn\u00e9 oblasti v\u00edce pozornosti. Lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce proh\u0159\u00e1t ne\u017e b\u00fdt m\u011bs\u00edce mimo provoz. Doporu\u010dujeme del\u0161\u00ed proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla (y\u00f3ga) a naj\u00edt si konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed cviky na posti\u017eenou \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed tu, jestli jdete daleko nebo bl\u00edzko a kam p\u0159esn\u011b jdete a zda tam bude m\u00edsto na trochu cvi\u010den\u00ed. Pokud ale nejdete daleko, vyplat\u00ed se tro\u0161ku si zacvi\u010dit u auta nebo doma. Pokud n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das p\u016fjdete, bude proh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed o to leh\u010d\u00ed. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b si i tu chcete zah\u0159\u00e1t cel\u00e9 t\u011blo a zvednout tepovku. Pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed lezeck\u00e9 proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed &#8211; prsty, klouby &#8211; se hod\u00ed m\u00edt p\u00e1r v\u011bc\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pom\u016fcky pro venkovn\u00ed proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozhodn\u011b je p\u00e1r v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m to venku dost usnadn\u00ed. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed mal\u00e9 p\u0159enosn\u00e9 hangboardy, gumy a posilova\u010de prst\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Men\u0161\u00ed Hangboard:<\/strong>  Mal\u00e9 hangboardy &#8211; jako Lama <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamaholds.cz\/lama-atom\/\">Atom <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamaholds.cz\/lama-baguette\/\">Baguette <\/a>&#8211; jsou k nezaplacen\u00ed. Nev\u00e1\u017e\u00ed moc a dovol\u00ed lezci si proh\u0159\u00e1t prsty venku a udr\u017eet je p\u0159ipraven\u00e9. Nav\u00edc nejsou moc drah\u00e9 a jsou mal\u00e9, tak\u017ee se pohodln\u011b vejdou do batohu (\u010di kapsy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gumy:<\/strong> Cvi\u010debn\u00ed gumy jsou \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9. Dovol\u00ed proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed jako kloub\u016f tak sval\u016f. D\u00e1 se na nich simulovat hrazda a c\u00edlen\u011b proh\u0159\u00e1t ka\u017ed\u00e1 svalov\u00e1 skupina. S velk\u00fdmi gumami se d\u00e1 proh\u0159\u00e1t v\u0161e, mal\u00fdmi pak prsty a z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed. Nav\u00edc je za p\u00e1r stovek koup\u00edte v ka\u017ed\u00e9m sportu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Posilovac\u00ed krou\u017eky a gumy na prsty:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ostatni-fitness-naradi.heureka.cz\/f:21413:3907658\/\">Strengthening rings<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hop-sport.cz\/posilovaci-kleste\/sada-na-trenink-prstu-dlani-l.html?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=shopping&amp;utm_campaign=shopping&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiA9ourBhAVEiwA3L5RFqAFaNUvDsLLGWv614zAPAYJExqQDFP0Zsd3oojTknsO-vXdwHu2ThoC264QAvD_BwE\">gumy na posilov\u00e1n\u00ed prst\u016f<\/a> jsou jeden z nejleh\u010d\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak si proh\u0159\u00e1t dla\u0148 a prsty za pochodu. Nestoj\u00ed hodn\u011b, je hodn\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch variant a daj\u00ed se pohodln\u011b str\u010dit do kapsy nebo t\u0159eba na kl\u00ed\u010de. Nav\u00edc pro venkovn\u00ed lezen\u00ed umo\u017en\u00ed skv\u011blou v\u011bc, kterou je proh\u0159\u00e1t prsty (co\u017e chv\u00edli trv\u00e1) na cest\u011b ke sk\u00e1le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vychladnut\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Venku (pokud nen\u00ed zrovna l\u00e9to a super teplo) vychladneme celkem rychle. Zejm\u00e9na b\u011bhem <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/jisteni-venku-vs-vevnitr\/\">ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <\/a>dlouh\u00e9 cesty. Znova se zah\u0159\u00edvat je velice nepraktick\u00e9, proto se vyplat\u00ed zainvestovat do dobr\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 bundy a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b rukavic a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch bot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed v teple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V teple l\u00e9ta se \u010dlov\u011bk proh\u0159eje poznateln\u011b l\u00e9pe, ne\u017e v n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch zimy. Zde se sta\u010d\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit stejn\u00fdmi pravidly, jak\u00fdmi byste se \u0159\u00eddili na st\u011bn\u011b. Zvednout t\u011blesnou teplotu a zah\u0159\u00e1t prsty, klouby, velk\u00e9 svaly a v\u011bnovat se v\u00edce potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-zraneni-prevence-a-jak-na-ne\/\">zran\u011bn\u00edm <\/a>a jejich <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-zraneni-prevence-a-jak-na-ne\/\">prevenci<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed v zim\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jak se spr\u00e1vn\u011b proh\u0159\u00e1t p\u0159ed lezen\u00edm v zim\u011b je o n\u011bco n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e kam jdete, jak to m\u00e1te daleko a jak\u00e9 pom\u016fcky m\u00e1te. Spoiler, tu se opravdu vyplat\u00ed je m\u00edt! Je fajn se trochu rozh\u00fdbat ne\u017e se na tuto cestu v\u016fbec vyd\u00e1me. C\u00edlem pro to je, abychom ke sk\u00e1le p\u0159i\u0161li u\u017e alespo\u0148 tro\u0161ku zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed a nemuseli tam o to v\u00edc cvi\u010dit. Dobr\u00e9 cviky pro p\u0159ed-proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed je rychl\u00e1 y\u00f3ga (pokud jste doma), b\u011bh nebo \u0161vihadlo. N\u011bco, co je rychl\u00e9, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 ale je n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u0161ance, \u017ee se u toho zran\u00edte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Po tomto prvn\u00edm kroku je fajn se nabalit &#8211; aby \u010dlov\u011bk zbyte\u010dn\u011b nevychladl &#8211; a hodit ke sk\u00e1le klidn\u011b svi\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tempo. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pokud nesete 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/store.varp.cz\/kategorie-produktu\/bouldermatky\/\">bouldermatky <\/a>nebo celou trad v\u00fdbavu, nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 \u00fapln\u011b sp\u011bchat. Kdy\u017e ale jdete na lehko na sportovky (jako nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-oblast-hlubocepske-plotny\/\">Hlubocepy<\/a>), klidn\u011b ho\u010fte svi\u017en\u00e9 tempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cel\u00e9 t\u011blo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Te\u010f p\u0159ijde \u0159ada na d\u016fkladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Zase, je pot\u0159eba to uzp\u016fsobit tomu kde jsme. Kdy\u017e nejde b\u011bhat, daj\u00ed se d\u011blat d\u0159epy, angli\u010d\u00e1ky nebo sk\u00e1kat pan\u00e1ky. Cokoliv co zvedne tepovku. Osobn\u011b jsem fanda kombinace &#8211; angli\u010d\u00e1ky, shyby a dynamick\u00e9 prota\u017een\u00ed (ale v <a href=\"https:\/\/varp.cz\/en\/lezecka-oblast-divoka-sarka\/\">Sheets <\/a>to jde).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Velk\u00e9 svaly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1da, nohy, ruce, b\u0159icho a krk pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 proh\u0159\u00e1t. K tomu jsou dobr\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed cviky &#8211; kliky, d\u0159epy, angli\u010d\u00e1ky, shyby &#8211; nebo cvi\u010debn\u00ed guma. Cokoliv co ud\u011bl\u00e1te a bude c\u00edlit na proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed velk\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch skupin (ide\u00e1ln\u011b spole\u010dn\u011b) bude dobr\u00e9. C\u00edlem je p\u0159edej\u00edt p\u0159eta\u017een\u00ed jednoho svalu \u010di \u0161lachy. Zejm\u00e9na n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 jsou bicepsy, l\u00fdtka a achilovka. Mal\u00e9 svaly na kter\u00e9 se \u010dasto zapomene na \u00fakor prst\u016f a zad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160lachy a klouby<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e obl\u00edben\u00e9, prsty, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed, lokty, ramena atd. Jako jsme psali naho\u0159e, hod\u00ed se m\u00edt hangboard nebo gumu. P\u0159esto ale je nekone\u010dno cvik\u016f, kter\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017eou. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je ale nesko\u010dit k tomuto kroku jako prvn\u00edmu, p\u0159ed d\u016fkladn\u00fdm proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00edm t\u011bla. Mohli byste se zranit p\u0159i samotn\u00e9 rozcvi\u010dce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opakovat <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud po tomto nejste proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed, opakujte dokola, dokud se nebude c\u00edtit komfortn\u011b. Alespo\u0148 jednou by se to ale projet m\u011blo, jen aby se minimalizovala \u0161ance na probl\u00e9m.
