Boulder U Vltava is a smaller rockery right on the left bank of the river. Boulder is not difficult to find, although it is not visible from the road. There are six lines on this rock, two of which are open projects. The landing site here is quite good and only one boulder mat is enough. This boulder is ideal for warming up if you plan to climb V. Massive or Baroness. There is a line along the slats, but also one dynamo from the seat.

The line starts from standing in a large pocket in the second third of the rock. The smaller ones have to jump here. From the pocket, it is only a few moves straight to the top and to the climb. The line is without pre-rock.

The climber starts at the arrow in a standing position. From here, it traverses slightly to the left to the starting pocket of path No. 3, which it reaches to the climb. The edge is allowed, without pre-rock.

Bouldering starts under the arrow, from a seated position. The left hand is on the edge, the right in the pocket. It continues over the edge, with a dynamic movement to the climb. The path is without precipice.

Access

Access to Boulder U Vltava is the same as to V. Massive. There are two ways of access - from public transport and from the parking lot. Both lead the same way. A climber coming from the village must cross the footbridge and walk to the station. Those who arrive by train get off it (as is usual) and then look for a path. It is on the left side of the tracks (when looking at the road from Prague) and is small and dusty, but since it is the only one, it is hard to miss. With this, the climber goes towards the rock, which is roughly 200 m away from the station, on the right side. As soon as you reach V. Massiv you have to cross the tracks. Boulder is by the water directly across from the power lines at V. Massiv. A beaten path leads to the boulder.
